Surprise, Arizona · Serving the West Valley
Tesseract North designs, builds, hosts and maintains professional websites for local service businesses — from $99 a month plus a $99 one-time setup. You run the trucks. We run the website.
12-month initial term. Month to month after that.
No five-figure quote up front. No website builder to learn. No plugins to update at 11pm.
The problem
Somebody in Surprise searches at 9pm with water on the floor. Three companies come back. They tap the first one, it looks like it was built a decade ago, so they tap the next one instead. That decision took four seconds and had nothing to do with how good you are at the work.
A Facebook page and a truck wrap. It works right up until the customer wants to check you out before they call.
Old prices, an old service list, a phone number that changed two years ago. It is quietly costing you jobs.
Text too small to read, buttons too small to tap, and a form nobody can finish standing in a driveway.
If it takes more than a few seconds, most people are already back on the search results looking at your competitor.
Nice photos, no phone number where anyone can see it, no quote form, nothing anywhere that actually asks for the job.
The builder trial expired. The homepage still says "Coming soon." It has said that for a year.
The fix
We design it, build it, put it online, keep it online, and make your content changes within the edit time your plan includes. You never log into a host, never install anything, and never get a surprise invoice for changing a price on a page.
Your phone number, service area and inquiry form are the loudest things on the page — on every page, at every screen size.
Clean, lightweight code and properly sized images. Speed is the cheapest conversion improvement there is.
On-page foundations: page titles and descriptions, structured data, a sitemap, and correct business information. Foundations, not a guaranteed ranking.
New price, new hours, photos from a job last week — send it over and it goes up, inside your monthly edit allowance.
Featured work
Two live builds, both publicly reachable. Every card links straight to the real site, because a portfolio you cannot click is a portfolio you cannot verify.
Both sites were designed and built by Tesseract North. They are shown as examples of the work — not as customer endorsements, testimonials or claims of results.
What you get
Every plan covers all six of these. What changes between plans is how much of each you get — pages, monthly edit time, turnaround targets — plus a few additions on Business and Growth, which are marked where they appear and set out in full in the pricing table.
A custom site designed around your services, your service area and the way your customers actually decide. Built from scratch — not a theme with your logo dropped into it.
Designed on the phone first, because that is where the urgent searches happen. Tap-to-call, thumb-sized buttons, and forms that can be finished one-handed.
We host your site on infrastructure we manage through Cloudflare and keep the technical side working. You do not buy a hosting plan, renew a certificate, or patch anything.
Prices change, crews grow, hours move. Send the change however is easiest and we make it live, inside the monthly edit time your plan includes.
The groundwork search engines read: page titles and descriptions, appropriate structured data, a sitemap, and consistent business information. Every plan gets that. Google Business Profile setup and optimization assistance is an addition on the Business and Growth plans rather than part of the base.
One standard inquiry form that people actually finish, tap-to-call on every screen, and calls-to-action where people look.
How it works
The only real work on your side is one conversation at the start and one look at the site before it goes live.
What you do, where you do it, who you want calling you, and what the site needs to make happen. We collect logos, photos and business details, and confirm the plan and price in writing.
We write the copy, design the pages and build the site, then send a private preview link. Two consolidated revision rounds are included before launch.
You look it over and tell us what to change. We connect your domain — checking your existing website and email settings first — and put the site online. That target depends on scope, scheduling and how quickly materials come back; it is a target, not a guarantee.
Managed hosting, SSL and technical maintenance keep running in the background, and your monthly edit allowance starts. The 12-month initial term starts at launch too.
Pricing
Every plan is a one-time setup fee plus a monthly subscription, on a 12-month initial term. Page counts and monthly edit time are what change between them.
All plans have a 12-month initial commitment. Monthly billing and the 12-month term both start at launch. After the initial term, service continues month to month with 30 days’ written notice to cancel.

Why Tesseract North
Plenty of places will sell you a website. Fewer will pick up the phone in six months when the price list needs changing.
Surprise, Peoria, Glendale, Goodyear, Buckeye, Sun City. Summer emergency calls, winter-visitor seasonality, and how far somebody will actually drive for a service call — all of it changes how a site should be built.
No account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet. Same phone number, same person, every time.
Every layout decision gets one test: does this make it easier for somebody to call you or ask for a quote? If not, it is decoration.
No domain yet? We register one for your business with your approval of the name and cost, and by default administer it through our managed Cloudflare account so the technical side just works. Already have one? It can stay at your current registrar. Either way the domain rights in your agreement are yours, and our managing a domain never makes it part of a website buyout.
Questions
Still unsure
Pricing, the 12-month initial term, what happens if you cancel, who owns what — ask the uncomfortable one. Every answer here is confirmed in a written service agreement before anything is signed.
(623) 252-9636Send a questionThe $99 one-time setup covers getting the project started and built: the discovery call, the design, the initial copywriting from the information you give us, the build itself, and two consolidated revision rounds before launch. It is due before work begins and is refundable if you cancel before work starts.
Yes — a 12-month initial term on every plan, starting at launch rather than at signup. It is what lets us do the full design and build for a $99 setup fee instead of the several thousand dollars that work is usually quoted at. After the initial term, service continues month to month and you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
Your domain is registered for your business using your correct registrant details, and you keep the domain rights set out in the service agreement. Our preferred default for a domain we register for you is to administer it through our managed Cloudflare account while we are providing your service — an administrative arrangement, not a change of ownership. It never makes the domain part of a website buyout, and it is never held against an outstanding website balance. If you already have a domain, it can simply stay where it is.
You own your domain, your business accounts and the materials and content you supply, from the start. After you complete the initial term and settle any outstanding balance, you can request the website’s transferable files and your business content — there is no separate buyout fee for that. Reusable development tools, our hosting infrastructure and third-party assets or licences that cannot be transferred are excluded.
Email, call or text the change — new price, new hours, a photo from last week’s job — and we make it live. You never log into a dashboard. Routine edits are targeted within 5 business days on Essential, 3 on Business and 2 on Growth, measured from when we have complete instructions, during Monday–Friday support hours.
No, and you should be sceptical of anyone who does. What is included is the foundation ranking depends on: a fast site, clear service and city pages, correct business information, structured data and a sitemap — plus Google Business Profile help on Business and Growth. Results depend on your market and competition, and these plans are not a comprehensive ongoing SEO campaign.

Close enough to meet you at the shop, and local enough to know why a Sun City homepage and a Buckeye homepage should not say the same thing.
